Getting your documents notarized online has never been easier. Please follow the steps below to prepare for your virtual signing session with me through BlueNotary.

🔧 What You’ll Need:

• A smartphone or computer with a camera and microphone

• A reliable internet connection

• A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)

• A quiet, well-lit space for the session

• Your document(s) in digital format (PDF preferred)

  💡 For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome when accessing BlueNotary on a computer.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Schedule Your Appointment
   Once we confirm your booking, you’ll receive a secure link to join the BlueNotary platform at your scheduled time.

2. Verify Your Identity
   BlueNotary uses ID verification and credential analysis to comply with New York State and federal regulations. You’ll be guided through this quick and secure process automatically.

3. Upload Your Document
   You’ll be prompted to upload the document(s) that need to be notarized. Make sure the file is legible and complete.

4. Join the Notary Session
   When ready, you’ll enter a live video session with me. I’ll walk you through the document and the notarization process in real-time.

5. Sign Electronically & Receive Your Notarized Copy
   Once signed and notarized, your completed document will be securely emailed to you for download and use.
